Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in solar industry sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to develop sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
