ERP Project Manager- Tanzania

Oversee the management and delivery of both existing and new company projects, ensuring they are completed within defined timelines and meet all specified deliverables. The Project Manager will lead implementation and reporting efforts by effectively coordinating resources, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to advance strategic objectives and promote operational excellence

 

•      Project Management - scope, goals, resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables

•      Coordinate the approval process for project deliverables and documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on associated payments.

•      Monitor budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle

•      Oversee client relations by managing expectations and maintaining alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

•      Manage risks: Identify challenges and create contingency plans

•      Cross-functional team management - Manage tasks, delegate roles, and foster collaboration

•      Proposal preparation, play role of bid manager as and when required

•      Document and report: -Maintain records and report project outcomes

•      Facilitate meetings, updates, and clear reporting across all levels

•      Provide regular status reports and end-of-project summaries

 

Qualifications

•      Must possess a Master's Degree.

•      Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

•      Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management.

•      Must have been certified in PMP or equivalent.

     Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.

     Key Competencies.

•      Must have worked on at least 2 large ERP projects in Africa and have stayed at site for long duration on these projects during the project implementation.

•      Must be willing to do on site implementations at sites in the African Region.The expected duration of the project is almost throughout the project.

•      Must be a fast learner.

•      Must be certified in ERP products.

Salary Package

•      TZS 4M to 6M net per month.
